Change of Mind Returns
“Change of mind” includes purchases you have made in error e.g: accidentally ordered the wrong size or colour, rugs that don’t fit the way that you would like or unwanted gifts.
We will accept a change of mind return provided it meets the following guidelines:
- Return within 30 days
- Return with proof of purchase
- Item must be unused with all original tags/labels attached
- Returned in the same condition as received
Faulty Product Returns
If something is faulty, incorrectly described or different from the pictures shown we will provide an exchange or refund provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
If you request a refund, the purchase price will be refunded to you using the original payment method. Customer will get full refund after the product have be assessed by our team. Refund payments are processed in 2-4 working days.
Returns Process (Online)

- Our customer service agent will contact the customer the same day.
- Our courier partner will collect the item from the delivery address.
- Once the item is in our warehouse, our team will assess it and full refund will be processed.
- Refunds can only be paid into South African bank account.
We offer 30 days hassle free exchange policy.
- Simply fill in the contact form and advise us which rug you want to exchange with.
- Exchanges are proceed within 2-4 working days.
- There are no costs for exchange.
- If exchanged item have higher price then customer have to make the payment for the difference. Customer will be refunded if the exchanged item have price less than originally purchased item.
