When placing an order, the agreement of purchase is reached when your payment has been transferred.
Prices
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Delivery
All deliveries are handled by our courier partners. Once the payment is confirmed, goods are shipped and customer is provided with tracking information. It takes 1-3 working days to deliver in major cities and 3-7 working days in remote areas and towns.
30 Days return and refund policy
Customer can return the carpet within 30 days and can get the full refund. We pay for returns courier collection fees as well. The carpet has to be in unaltered condition and should not have been used. You have to package the carpet the same way as it was when you received it. No returns will be accepted if carpet is being used, have stains or altered. More information on returns policy page.

Multiple payments options accepted through payfast, paygate, yoco, snapscan, zapper, visa, mastercard, credit cards, debit cards, ozow, eft.
Bank transfer
If you don’t like to use a credit card you can do an EFT in our bank accounts.. You have to pay the complete amount in 1 working day or you order will be discarded. Always state your order number when paying. Order will be dispatched once the payment have been cleared in our bank account.
Tax Invoice
Customer will receive a valid tax invoice for each purchase.
